Roughneck Truck Nozzle

The A6000 Roughneck is a full-flow automatic nozzle for upto 240 litres per minute, designed for the unique durability requirements of truck stops.  The A6000 has a modern, human engineered shape that’s lighter, more comfortable to handle and much easier to use.  Its rugged unibody construction, thick walled spout and stamped steel lever are built for durability, long lasting reliability, and maximum flow rates.

Hose Swivels

Emco Wheaton Hose Swivels feature a polished die-cast aluminium body with chrome plated male fittings.  The Teflon bushings permit the hose and nozzle to move smoothly and freely on any plane or axis.  Viton o-rings provide positive sealing and compatibility with all fuels.  Fluorosilicone o-rings provide excellent low temperature performance.  The outlet swivel rotates 360 degrees at the nozzle inlet to keep the nozzle in a comfortable, upright position, and prevents hose kinking and wear.

Safe Breaks

Emco Wheaton Safe Breaks protect against fuel spills and dispenser damage.  They are designed to separate at a maximum 350 pounds axial pull force, eliminating nuisance breaks while still protecting expensive dispensing systems.

The Emco Wheaton reconnectable Safe Breaks allows for immediate return to service after a drive-away, with no repair kit required.  This is made possible by a unique, reconnectable design.  The double poppets seal both hoses upon separation.  These Safe Breaks are UL listed.
