Browning Spill Safe Boxes Features

1. Steel frame constructed of steel plate for added strength.

2. Steel lids are manufactured from floor plate with D-style handles. The lids are hinged using
a stainless steel hinge pin which can be removed if required.

3. The inner catchment sumps are manufactured of mild steel plate for a strong and sturdy construction. The inner lids stop any dust and dirt from entering the catchment sump.

4. The catchment sumps are formed to ensure all spillage flows to the drain point.

5. All steelwork is hot dipped galvanised.

6. The catchment sump is attached to the steel frame by nuts and bolts. This allows access to be obtained to the fill lines after concreting, if required, by undoing the nuts and bolts and lifting the catchment sump out of the steel frame.

7. The Browning Spill Safe box is designed for either 100mm fill lines or 75m fill lines. The standard fill pipe centres on the Browning Spill Safe box is 400mm, however the spill safe box
can be built to suit your retrofit requirements.

8. Fill pipes are sealed by a fuel compatible boot. Viton Boots are also available for 100mm fill pipes if required.

9. A valve with viton seal is screwed into the drain point. The valve is activated by pushing down on the handle with either the foot or hand.

10. The drain valve is connected back to any of the fill points by using the stainless steel flexible valve connector and the 100mm or 75mm socket provided. This enables the spillage to be returned to the designated product line.

11. Earthing straps are fitted to all Spill Safe boxes.

12.The Browning Spill Safe Boxes can also be supplied with individual catchment sumps to ensure no product contamination occurs. These sumps come complete with individual drain valve, flexible valve connector and gal steel socket.

13. All Browning Spill Safe boxes come with a 12 month warranty period when installed as per installation instructions and are covered by Shipman King’s product liability insurance.
